Turning on the news this lovely morning after Thanksgiving Day, I was quickly reminded of the rush and mayhem of black Friday shopping. As reported, some people were at malls since 10pm last night (just enough time for the turkey to settle), stores were opening early at 4am, and the morning welcomed long lines taking well over 2 hours to even get inside. I personally think time is money, and no deal buster is worth the miserable experience of crowds, slow lines and massive congestion. So, I'm passing on the frenzy and heading to Torrey Pines!
